I love this place!

Absolutely Loved My Experience! Car shopping has never been a task I enjoy, and Prestige changed that. Normally, I find myself having to worry about whether I'm being swindled, forced into hard negotiation, and pressured to make choices that I'm not entirely comfortable with. On top of that, I usually spend forever in the dealership, which is not my favorite place to be. At Prestige, I received the most genuine, warm, honest, and helpful care that I could've asked for. I worked with Jay, who not only guided me through a seamless interaction after agreeing to a price point that worked for me, but he even helped me learn how to drive my car! For those reading, I've always driven an automatic car, and at the ripe age of 26 I decided to try out a manual car. Jay took the time to make sure all the paperwork was completed swiftly, then took me and my boyfriend to a nearby lot to teach me the basics of driving a manual. That little session has helped me more than he knows! So not only did I receive the best service I've ever experienced, but I also received a hands on lesson that was way more valuable than the YouTube videos I studied. If you're looking to purchase a car, give Prestige a look. Their rates are incredibly competitive, and so is their staff. They easily created a very satisfied car buyer out of me!

Excellent Dealership in all regards

This dealership is awesome! Can't rave enough on how well they treated me and worked with me during the car buying process. I was in the market for a used SUV and found a 2015 jeep wranglers on their website and after dealing with the wonderful staff and getting a great offer I drove from Alabama, over 600 miles to pick it up. The dealership was honest and upfront and worked with me remotely the whole time answering all my questions and sending pics of the vehicle. They even told me the jeep needed new tires and worked with me remotely over the phone to select the size and brand tire I wanted. Their customer service was top notch and I was ecstatic when I picked up the vehicle. I would make the long drive again any day to purchase another vehicle from this dealership!

Like a lot of people, I figured I would go to the "Big" dealers, because they have a lot more resources when it comes to financing. Well......I could not be more wrong, after getting the run around from the larger dealers and one that is on tv and claims they can get everyone approved, I came away from that experience very dejected, had driven by Prestige a number of times and and had admired the fact they had a great selection and the quality was outstanding. My wife kept saying they were out of our league but I figured I would give them a shot.........could not be happier that I did!! Jay and Jonathan are excellent, no pressure, honest, never told me a bunch lies, have taken care of any little things that have come up with the car that were not noticed to begin with. I have already stared telling people to go to them and have even decided to go through them when I trade in my other vehicle to upgrade! They have earned my respect and loyalty as a business and treated me with such, if you are on the fence and are just sick of the slick talking sales guys.....give Prestige a chance, you will be glad you did!!!

If you are looking for a quality used car in the Concord/Charlotte or surrounding area, then look no further. After searching their website and finding the car I wanted, I called in and set up a time I could come in and drive the car and purchase it.
